Safety screening

These questions decide whether irrigation is safe and whether we should see you at all. Please answer honestly — “not sure” is fine.

Do you currently have, or have you ever had, a hole in an eardrum (perforation)?
Grommets in place?
Any ear surgery in the past (except grommets that fell out years ago)?
Discharge, pus, or a wet ear now?
Do you hear in only one ear?
Middle-ear infection in the last 6 weeks?
Could there be a foreign object in the ear?
Do you wear a hearing aid?
Have you started olive oil or wax drops?
